1. Scope
These terms apply to Orchard Works websites, digital products, APIs, AI agents, demos, pilots and software implementation services, unless a separate written agreement applies.
2. Products and services
Orchard Works may provide digital products, templates, APIs, AI-powered agents, automation workflows, implementation services and custom integrations.
Product features, limits, setup times, support levels and pricing may vary by plan or proposal.
3. AI outputs and human review
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. They should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, tax, safety-critical or professional advice.
Clients are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before operational use, especially where the output affects customers, employees, contracts, public communications or regulated decisions.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide lawful content, respect third-party rights, avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive data, maintain appropriate internal review procedures and ensure that users are informed when interacting with AI where required.
5. Payments, billing and refunds
Digital products may be sold through Lemon Squeezy checkout. Custom implementation work, pilots and subscriptions may be billed separately by Orchard Works after written acceptance of the proposal.
Refunds for digital products and services are handled according to the product page, checkout terms, proposal terms and applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
Orchard Works retains ownership of its brand, templates, software, reusable components, prompts, methods and internal tools unless expressly transferred in writing.
Clients retain ownership of their own content, documents, trademarks and business data.
7. Limitations
Services are provided using reasonable skill and care. Orchard Works does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free AI outputs or compatibility with all third-party systems unless expressly agreed.
