For eligible digital products, checkout can be handled through Lemon Squeezy, including payment flow, tax/VAT handling and customer receipts.
2. Custom services and pilots
Custom implementation work, API pilots and business automation projects should be billed directly by Orchard Works after written approval of a proposal, scope and payment terms.
3. Portuguese activity and invoices
Before issuing invoices directly in Portugal, Orchard Works/André Pereira should complete the appropriate activity/company setup and confirm accounting treatment with a certified accountant.
4. Refunds and cancellations
Refund rules should be stated on each product page or proposal. Digital downloads may have specific refund limits once accessed, subject to applicable law and checkout provider rules.
